Agreement

By using Echo you accept these terms with Ubinexlabs Pvt Ltd.

Licence

Buying Pro grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or business use, on up to 3 devices.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute or sublicense
Reverse engineer, as far as the law allows us to say so
Share credentials
Bypass rate limits

Account

A Google account is required. Your credentials are your responsibility.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, and it may be down for maintenance.

Acceptable use

No illegal content
Do not record other people without their consent
No automated or bulk usage

Fair use

Pro is unlimited for normal individual use. We may rate limit or suspend accounts for abuse, meaning automated bulk usage or credential sharing.

Third parties

Transcription is performed by Groq. We are not liable for their availability or accuracy.

Accuracy

Speech recognition is not perfect. Verify anything that matters. We are not liable for losses arising from transcription errors.

Liability

Our liability is limited to what you paid. No indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop at any time.

Governing law

Indian law.
