That is why there is no integration list to check and no plugin to install. An integration list is a promise that eventually breaks; this approach has nothing to break.
Some apps refuse synthetic input for security reasons. When that happens the text is already on your clipboard, so Ctrl+V finishes the job. In terminals, Ctrl+Shift+V.
